Warranty Terms and Conditions for Portable Power Stations
Warranty Coverage
This 12-month warranty (“Warranty”) applies to the portable power station (the “Product”) purchased by the original consumer purchaser (“You”) from an authorized reseller. The Warranty guarantees the Product against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase (“Purchase Date”) evidenced by a valid receipt from an authorized reseller and covers 365 calendar days from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- The Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the Product, at our discretion, if it is found to be defective within the Warranty Period.
- Covered defects include malfunctions and failures due to manufacturing materials or workmanship.
What is Not Covered:
- The Warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use with incompatible devices.
- Defects caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, dust, or other harsh environments.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Products without a valid proof of purchase (receipt).
- Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.
Replacement and Repair:
- If your Product is found to be defective under the Warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the Product using new or refurbished parts or replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value.
- Replacement products will follow the remaining warranty of the original product or 3 months from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective Product to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at our phone number or email address as displayed on our website, within the Warranty Period.
- You will be required to provide a copy of your valid receipt and a description of the defect via the email address on our website.
- We may request that you return the Product to us for inspection before processing your claim.
Limitations:
- This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for a defective Product and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the Product. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product.
- This Warranty is void if the Product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes to Warranty Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
