Return Policy for Portable Power Stations
This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to only the portable power station (the “Product”) purchased by the original consumer purchaser (“You”) from our authorized retail channels.
Eligibility for Return:
- You may return the Product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery (“Return Period”).
- To be eligible for a full refund, the Product must be:
- In unused and original condition.
- With all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt).
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Products returned after the Return Period will not be accepted.
- Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, or damage will not be accepted for a full refund. This includes scratches, dents, or modifications.
- Products missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Products that are not portable power stations.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at our phone number or email address as displayed on our website within the Return Period.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the Product.
- You are responsible for securely packaging the Product and returning it to us via a traceable shipping method. We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product to us.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will process your refund within 2 (two) business days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment and bank account name used to credit our bank account for the purchase.
- If the Product is not returned in accordance with this Policy, the refund may be refused.
